Advanced Leadership in an Integrated Children's Service Environment (ALICSE)

ALICSE is unique to the East Midlands and offers opportunities for heads of service/organisations who are ambitious to improve their leadership capability beyond the scope of exisiting leadership programmes. ALICSE currently offers:

A 3-day programme designed to give an extended development opportunity
Local Learning Seminars for leaders in all forms of children’s service work
Regional Priority Projects: projects to deliver change across the region

CWDC Leadership and Management Training Resources

The Children's Workforce Development Council (CWDC) have a range of leadership and management training packages for aspiring leaders, senior leaders and new manager. The resources can be altered to suit your needs or simply used for personal study.
