Home Access Grant Administration Service

The Home Access programme is designed to provide practical and financial support to low-income families with school-age children who may not be able to afford a computer or the internet. Phase 2 of this Programme, which is aimed at those who have learning or physical disabilities and includes some fantastic assistive technology, has just been launched.
